Cunningham, MSN, RN, CCCTM, CDP, a master's-prepared Registered Nurse licensed in the State of Texas and a Certified Dementia Practitioner with over 20 years of clinical experience in geriatric and dementia care. All services are delivered by or under the direct supervision of Tiffany R. Cunningham, MSN, RN, CCCTM, CDP. Mindful Memory Consulting does not subcontract client-facing services without prior written disclosure and client consent.
By using this website and purchasing services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. If you are purchasing on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
IMPORTANT: All content, resources, training materials, and consulting services provided by Mindful Memory Consulting are educational and informational in nature. Nothing on this website or delivered through any service constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a licensed healthcare provider for medical decisions regarding any individual's care.
Mindful Memory Consulting operates as a nurse consultant and dementia care educator — not as a clinical healthcare provider, home health agency, or case management organization. Use of our services does not establish a nurse-patient relationship.
Some services require you to create an account or submit a booking request through our website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Booking confirmations are sent by email. It is your responsibility to ensure your contact information is accurate at the time of booking.
All prices are listed in US dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at checkout is the price you will pay. Payment is due at the time of purchase for digital products and consulting sessions. Organizational training requires a 50% deposit to confirm a booking date.
Accepted payment methods are listed at checkout. All online transactions are processed through a secure, PCI-compliant payment processor. Mindful Memory Consulting does not store payment card details.
Digital toolkit downloads are delivered by automated download link immediately after payment is confirmed. Purchases are for personal or licensed organizational use only — see Section 11 for intellectual property terms.
Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, our refund policy for digital products is as follows: full refund if requested within 48 hours of purchase and the file has not been downloaded; no refund after download. Sessions are conducted virtually via video call or phone. In-person sessions for select services are available within the Katy, TX / greater Houston area. After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with session details and any preparation instructions.
Cancellations with 48+ hours notice receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit 50% of the session fee. Same-day cancellations and no-shows forfeit the full session fee. One rescheduling per booking is permitted at no charge with 24+ hours notice. Full cancellation terms are available at mindfulmemorycare.com/policies.
Organizational training engagements are confirmed upon receipt of a signed proposal or purchase order and a 50% deposit. Training includes a branded slide presentation, participant handouts, pre/post knowledge surveys, and certificates of completion for all attendees who complete the full session.
Travel is included within 30 miles of Katy, TX. Travel beyond 30 miles is billed at $0.67 per mile or a flat fee by mutual agreement. Virtual training is available nationwide at no travel charge.
Cancellation and rescheduling terms for organizational training are outlined in the signed training proposal and in our Policies document at mindfulmemorycare.com/policies.
Certificates of completion are issued to individuals who attend the full duration of a Mindful Memory Consulting training session. Certificates document attendance and participation in educational programming. They do not confer professional licensure, clinical certification, or regulatory compliance unless specifically recognized by the relevant licensing authority in your state.
Certificates are typically issued within 24 hours of the training session via email.
All content created by Mindful Memory Consulting — including training presentations, digital toolkits, survey instruments, handouts, website copy, and the Caregiver Emergency Snapshot™ — is protected by copyright and owned by Tiffany R. Cunningham / Mindful Memory Consulting. The Caregiver Emergency Snapshot™ is a trademark of Mindful Memory Consulting.
Individual purchasers receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to use purchased materials for their own caregiving or professional practice. Organizational license purchasers receive unlimited printing rights for staff at a single named location.

Information shared during consulting sessions — including details about your loved one's diagnosis, behavior, care situation, or family dynamics — is held in strict confidence and used solely to provide the service you requested. Mindful Memory Consulting does not share client information with third parties without your explicit written consent, except as required by law.
Organizational clients: information shared during training needs assessments, proposal discussions, or training delivery is treated as confidential and not shared with other clients or organizations.
By submitting a testimonial, review, or post-training survey response, you grant Mindful Memory Consulting a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that feedback in marketing materials, on our website, and in promotional content. We will always attribute testimonials to your first name and role/title unless you request anonymity. You may withdraw consent for testimonial use at any time by contacting [email protected].
