Stress Management Coaching gives caregivers a structured, judgment-free space to regroup, breathe, and learn how to keep going without burning out. Drawing on nursing expertise and personal caregiving experience, we help you name what is draining you - sleep loss, guilt, constant vigilance, medical complexity - and then tackle each area with realistic strategies.
Sessions may include brief relaxation techniques you can do at the bedside, boundary-setting scripts with family members, pacing of tasks, and ways to make medical and care decisions with less second-guessing. We also explore signs that your own health is at risk and create a plan for support before a crisis hits. Caregivers often report sleeping better, feeling less alone, and being able to show up more patiently for their loved one because they finally have permission - and tools - to care for themselves as well.
Caregiver burnout is a clinical condition with measurable health consequences — this is not a spa day or a pep talk. This is a structured session with a nurse who understands both the medical complexity you are managing and the human cost of managing it.
