Mindful Memory Consulting offers three types of products and services, each with its own refund and cancellation terms. Please review the section that applies to your purchase.
All digital toolkits are delivered as instant PDF downloads immediately after payment is confirmed.
Before download — full refund available: If you have not yet downloaded your file, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of purchase. Contact us at [email protected] with your order number. Refunds are processed within 5 business days.
After download — no refund: Once a digital file has been downloaded, we are unable to offer a refund. Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final after download. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Sessions are delivered virtually by appointment. The following cancellation terms apply:
48 or more hours notice: Full refund if prepaid, or no charge if not yet paid. One reschedule at no charge.
Less than 48 hours notice: 50% of the session fee is forfeited to cover preparation time already invested.
Same-day cancellation or no-show: The full session fee is forfeited. If a genuine emergency arises, please contact us as soon as possible — we handle those situations with compassion and flexibility.
Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment one time at no charge with at least 24 hours notice. Subsequent rescheduling requests may be subject to a $25 rescheduling fee.
Satisfaction: If you feel your session did not meet the standard described on our website, please contact us within 48 hours of your session. We will work to make it right — through a follow-up session, additional resources, or another resolution.
In-person and virtual organizational training sessions are confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit.
7 or more days notice: Full deposit refunded. No cancellation fee.
3 to 6 days notice: 50% of the deposit is refunded.
Less than 72 hours notice: Deposit is forfeited in full.
Same-day or no-show: Full session fee is due regardless of attendance.
Rescheduling: One reschedule at no charge with at least 48 hours notice. Deposit transfers to the new date.
Retainer packages: Monthly retainer packages require 30 days written notice to cancel. Sessions within the final 30-day period will be delivered as scheduled.

Please include your name, order number or booking date, and the reason for your request. We respond to all refund and cancellation requests within 1 to 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days and returned to your original payment method.
We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page. Your continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
